Office Manager

Kelly is a certified level II dental assistant who grew up in Summerstown Ontario. After many years of experience in a range of positions within a general dental practice setting, she was ready to extend her experience to the specialty of orthodontics! She believes that a great smile never goes out of style, and finds that being part of a great team that helps patients achieve their best smile is an amazing feeling! 

On a personal note, Kelly lives happily in Ashton with her wonderful husband and her busy twin boys! She loves spending time with her family, traveling, boating and being outdoors enjoying the sunshine!

Scheduling & Accounts Coordinator

Jen is the bright and cheerful face that you’ll see when you first walk through our door! Born and raised on Pike Lake in Perth, she has since relocated closer to Carleton Place with her husband, two kids and adorable yellow lab, Penny. When not in the office, Jen loves to spend all seasons outdoors and join in on all the amazing community events in the Ottawa Valley, including the Kilt Run and any fun festivals. After working as a retail and customer service manager for 15 years, Jen is very excited to be back in her community and to be a part of the Kirk Orthodontics team!

Treatment Coordinator

Cait will be one of the first people that you get to know at Kirk Ortho as she will help guide you through your first few appointments. Cait believes life is always better with a smile, and her personal experience with orthodontic treatment enables her to share with our patients an understanding of the exciting journey on which they are about to embark! When she’s not in the office, you may find Cait on stage singing with her band, Under the Covers, or starring in local community theatre. She has a variety of other interests including reading, dancing, and learning all things Titanic. In her space time, she loves playing her ukulele and spending time with her husband, friends, and family. Her educational background is in English Literature and Journalism.

Scheduling & Kids Club Coordinator

Born and raised in the Ottawa Valley on a dairy farm, you can say animals have always been a big part of her life.
Amanda enjoys taking in the early mornings with a good cup of coffee and Sunday dinners shared with loved ones. Accompanied by her horse Allie, she has a sweet Boston Terrier named Rocky with a playful personality!  

Amanda loves the feeling of making a difference in our patients’ lives. She looks forward to sharing your orthodontic journey with you! 

Treatment Coordinator

Jessica graduated as a level 2 dental assistant from Niagara College before moving near Arnprior. She loves animals & has a German shepherd mix named Maverick. Jessica married her childhood sweetheart in 2021 and honeymooned in Greece. She is a foodie, loves cooking at home and trying new restaurants. Her friends call her a "Buffalo chicken wing dip connoisseur." During her downtime, she spends most nights reading & enjoys spending the summers attending concerts.

Scheduling & Community Coordinator

Sarah is a local who loves to travel but also loves coming home! She got hooked on travel when she moved to Japan to teach English as a Second Language (ESL). This experience ignited her passion for exploring new cultures and meeting people from all walks of life. When not at the office, you can find her enjoying the outdoors with her husband and 2 sons, caring for their garden, cats and chickens, or paddling with her dragon boat team. Fun Fact: Sarah learned how to scuba dive in Indonesia! 

Dental Hygienist

When you are in the clinic for your scheduled appointments, you’ll get to know our friendly hygienist Kelci! Since graduating from the dental hygiene program at Algonquin College, she has been focused solely on orthodontic clinical practice and helping to create terrific smiles for children and adults! You’ll be seeing a lot of her during your scheduled orthodontic visits! She lives in Arnprior and loves animals - especially dogs. In her spare time, she enjoys fishing, playing hockey and watching Harry Potter movies (but not simultaneously).

Dental Hygienist

Originally from Collingwood, Meggie has lived in the Ottawa Valley for the past 8 years. Before joining Kirk Orthodontics, Meggie was actually a teacher to other dental hygienists! In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family (including two adorable kids with the cutest names ever!). She loves getting outdoors and cooking.

Dental Hygienist

Lisa grew up in the beach community of Constance Bay along the Ottawa River. She graduated from Algonquin College in 2002 and worked in general dentistry for most of her career. She is happy to now be focusing solely on orthodontics. She loves getting to know our Kirk Ortho patients and watching their smiles transform! Lisa lives in Beckwith with her husband, three children and their yellow lab Bowie. In her spare time, she loves yoga, camping, swimming and anything to do with being on the water!

Dental Hygienist

Corinne grew up in the Ottawa Valley and has had the opportunity to work at dental clinics in Ontario and Prince Edward Island. After eight years of experience in general practice, Corinne has found her passion and love for orthodontics. When she isn't in the office, you'll find her with her adorable duo, Marvin the Corgi and Stanley, an affectionate tabby cat.

Dental Hygienist

Born and raised in Barrie, Ontario, Sarah has been a local to the Ottawa area for most of her adult life. With experience in both general practice and Orthodontics, Sarah has realized that her passion lies in helping to put a smile on people's faces. Sarah has made the Ottawa Valley her home with her beautiful family that loves spending time fishing, boating and skiing. She is looking forward to helping bring  happiness and smiles to the community of Arnprior and surrounding areas!

Dental Hygienist

Alyssa was born and raised in Belleville, Ontario before moving to Ottawa to attend Algonquin College. After graduating and working for 3 years in general practice she has made the change over to orthodontics and loves helping patients transform their smile. When not working Alyssa can be found visiting with friends and family, working on home renovations, or at an Ottawa Senators game! She enjoys reading, cooking, and being outside in the summertime. She now lives in Almonte with her boyfriend and hopes to soon add a dog to the family!

Sarah is a skilled level 1 dental assistant whom has lived in Carleton Place for over 10 years! Sarah recently returned to the dental field after raising her 4 wonderful children. She is a very avid reader (finishing nearly one book per day!) and loves going to the cottage with her family. Sarah loves the orthodontic field and being part of creating fantastic smiles for our Carleton Place patients!

Dental Assistant

Jennifer joined the Kirk Ortho team after returning to the Ottawa area from Nova Scotia. She is a certified level 2 assistant who graduated from Algonquin college in 2009. Jennifer has worked in general dentistry as well as paediatric dentistry before moving into orthodontics. When not working at Kirk Orthodontics, she loves spending her time building Lego with her son, reading and supervising the never-ending home reno list her husband gets to work on. Fun fact: she does Wordle every day!

Dental Assistant

Heather was born and raised in Ottawa! She has always been a compassionate "people person" and knew she wanted a profession in health care. Heather graduated with honours from CNIH as a Level ll Dental Assistant in 2015.  She has a true passion for patient care: "I love that I can make everyone's dental experience more comfortable and enjoyable!" When Heather is not at work, she's a busy mom of 2 boys. She loves spending time with her family, being outdoors by a campfire, any adventure that life throws her way!

Stephanie is a level 2 dental assistant with 10 years of experience in general dentistry and has now found love for orthodontics. She has lived in Arnprior with her 2 sons for 12 years and in her free time she loves being with her best buddy Michael the chihuahua. She is a lover of DIY projects, gardening, and enjoys reading poetry.  

Student Assistant

Caitlyn is a former KO patient and all-around star! We are very lucky to have her working with us part-time for another year , helping us at the front desk, with behind-the-scenes tasks, and with special projects. Caitlyn is currently studying to become a dental hygienist! When she isn’t in the office or studying, she loves spending time with family and her pet rabbit, Chloe!
